उपयोग की शर्तें

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Trek Archives website. By using it, you accept them.

2. Access

The site is free and requires no account. The publisher may change, interrupt or suspend it at any time, in particular for maintenance, without liability.

3. Content and reuse

Content is intended for personal, informational use. You may quote short extracts with the source and a link to the page. Data from Wikidata (CC0) and summaries from Wikipedia (CC BY-SA 4.0) remain reusable under their licences, and photos under the licence shown under each one. The rest of the site may not be reproduced in whole or in part without permission (see intellectual property).

Massive automated scraping that disrupts the site is prohibited. Search engines and AI assistants that respect robots.txt are welcome.

4. Messages

Messages sent through the contact form must be courteous and related to the site. Suggested corrections may be used, freely reworded, in the site's content.

5. Liability

The publisher strives to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that it is complete or up to date, especially streaming offers and news from third-party sites. The publisher is not responsible for the content of linked sites.

6. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

7. Changes

These terms may change; the online version and its update date prevail.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
